    The Paasche index is the year's cost today of year's quantities divided by the total cost of year's quantaties at the reference year prices all tomes 100.

    2002 quants: 2503 334 3503 1871

    2002 prices: 2269 11372 1344 1370

    1999 prices: 1594 7848 1080 550

    so you want:

    I=100 x [(2503x2269+334x11372+3503x1344+1871x1370)/(2503x1594+334x7848+3503x1080+1871x550)]
