    let x = unknown daily perecntage

    \frac{x}{100} = \frac{\frac{1}{2}}{\frac{2}{3}}

    If 2/3 of a cup is 100% of your needs, then what percent is 1/3 of a cup? (Hint: Divide by 2.)

    Then what percent is 3/3 of a cup (that is, a full cup)? (Hint: Multiply by 3.)

    Then what percent is 1/2 of a cup? (Hint: Divide by 2.)
