How to determine an overall score based on varying percentages?
There are five parts to final score. Each part has a point total and a percentage relationship to the overall score.

Part 1: 3.00 points counts as 25% of the total score.
Part 2: 3.00 points counts as 20% of the total score.
Part 3: 5.00 points counts as 30% of the total score.
Part 4: 3.00 points counts as 10% of the total score.
Part 5: 2.00 points counts as 15% of the total score.
