If I understand you correctly, you are asking what can be multiplied by $\displaystyle 2t$ to get $\displaystyle 6r^2?$ In that case, you may simply write

$\displaystyle 6r^2=(2t)s,$

where $\displaystyle s$ is the unknown factor, and then solve for $\displaystyle s.$ It should be fairly simple to do just by inspection, but you can write it out.
