    factorization

    hey guys im working on some new stuff in math
    and im really stuck

    factor
    4(x-y)-2(x-y)^2 =

    2(x-3y)^2 + 4x (x-3y) =

    can some plz explain how to do these type of factorization

    (1) 4(x-y)-2(x-y)^2

    =2(x-y)(2-x+y)

    (2) 2(x-3y)(x-3y+2x)
