Yes, and the first thing I would do is factor each of those denominators:
    x^2+ 6x+ 5= (x+ 5)(x+1) and x^2+ 3x- 10= (x+5)(x-2), so the LCD is just (x+5)(x+1)(x-2).

I still don't get what you have to do but let x=x^2+3x-10 and y=x^2+6x+5, then your expression is \frac{\frac{x}{y}-\frac{y}{x}}{\frac{y}{x}-\frac{x}{y}}=-\frac{\frac{x}{y}-\frac{y}{x}}{\frac{x}{y}-\frac{y}{x}}=-1.

Sry if it's not what ur looking for.

I'm in this part right now

    (X+5)(X-2)(X-2) - (X+5)(X+1)(X+1)
    -------------------------------------
    (X+5)(X+1)(X+1) - (X+5)(X-2)(X-2)

I got the lcd of (x+5)(x+1)(x+2) and I multiply it into every fraction. Than I'm left with that where do I go from there.
