1.)The number missing in the sequence 2,6,12,20,x,42,56 is
x=30
2.)Find the seventh term of the pattern 0^0 , 1^1, 2^2, 3^3… in standard form
im guessing 6^6. But what is standard form?

3.)The first term of an arithmetic sequence is 33. The common difference is 5. What is the 7^th term in the sequence?
Is it the seventh term or the 7^th term?

4.)Kim bought 4 fish. Every month the number of fish she has doubles. After m months she will have F fish, where F = 4x2^m . How many fish will Kim have after 2 months? 16 fish

5.)Steve wishes to contribute $3,500 to his favorite charities, A and B, in the ratio of 2 to 3. The amount he should contribute to A is : 1,400 6.)John earns$10 per hour, and Rick earns $8 per hour. How long must Rick work in order to earn the same amount of money as John earns in 5 hours? 7.)Jose, a traveling salesman, wants to buy a cell phone to use while he is on the road. His employer allows him$50.00 a month for this expense. He researches different options. Company A’s rate is a min charge of $15.00 per month and$2.00 per minute of usage. Company B’s rate is $17.00 per month and$1.50 per minute usage.

a)Write two equations representing each company’s monthly rate in term of minutes.
b)For his $50.00 per month allowance, how many minutes of usage will he get from each company? c)Which company permits more usage and by how many minutes? d)Jose contracts with Company B . In March, Jose uses his cell phon for 19 minutes. What was his monthly bill for March? Im working on the others now, will edit in a few.
