    Simplifying Square Roots

    Hi,

    I'm not so sure how to simplify√8*3√40*√3 and √10*√14.

    Also, √56.

    Thanks-
    Isabel

    Hi

    \sqrt{10}\:\sqrt{14} = \sqrt{140} = \sqrt{4\cdot35} = 2\sqrt{35}

    \sqrt{56} = \sqrt{4\cdot14} = 2\sqrt{14}
