[SOLVED] Check My Work: simplifying

This is probably really simple but i need 2 make sure i got this problem right.

it says to simplify.

The square root of 5 over 2x

I got the square root of 10x divided by 2x.

i think i got it right just plz check my work thanks.

is your problem like this:

$\frac{\sqrt{5}}{2x}$

then to simplify the above?

No the square root is over the entire problem sry for makin it so hard to understand.

Correct.

$\sqrt{\frac5{2x}} = \frac{\sqrt5}{\sqrt{2x}} = \frac{\sqrt5\color{red}\cdot\sqrt{2x}}{\sqrt{2x}\c olor{red}\cdot\sqrt{2x}} = \frac{\sqrt5\sqrt{2x}}{2x} = \frac{\sqrt{10x}}{2x}$
