can you please answer these questions simply and simple workings out pleeeeaseee and tell me the answer!

1) Solve 5(x+1)=3x + 12

2)facotorise x(squared) + 5x + 4

3) rearrange the forumla to make x the subject y = b- ax(squared)

4) solve x(squared) + 5x + 4 = 0

I'll get you started on the first couple, make an attempt at the others

1/

$5x+5=3x+12$

$5x -3x=12-5$

$2x=7$

$<br /> x=7/2<br />$

$x=3.5$

2/

$x^2+5x+4$

$=(x+4)(x+1)$

Note: 4 is a continuation of 2
