Thread: 2 more algebra problems

1. 0=2X^2-5X+2
Is this done with the quadratic formula as well?

2. 0=X^2 - 5ROOT(2)X + 2
^ I have no idea how to do this one.

1: Yeah, the first one is a simple quadratic equation. You can try to factor it but it's the same as finding the roots... If you happen to get a quadratic with disgusting numbers what will you do? Try to use the quadratic formula!
2: is this the equation? If so use the quadratic formula!
