    4x^2-17x+4

    I am not sure how to solve this. Help please?

    factor first.

    (4x-1)(x-4)=0

    4x-1=0 | x-4=0

    x=\frac{1}{4}

    or
    x=4

    Do you know the Quadratic formula? I suppose no so you should learn it! (You can't solve problems like this without it.)
