    (x+4)^{\frac{1}{5}} - (x+4)(x+4)^{\frac{1}{5}}

    =(x+4)^{\frac{1}{5}} (1-x - 4)

     =(x+4)^{\frac{1}{5}}(3-x)

    This is its simplified form
