    inequality in 3d

I am not sure how to form an inequality for the region with a distance from the point (1,1,1) that is less than 2 and lie above the xy plane

    The first part I have (x-1)^2 + (y-2)^2 + (z-1)^2 < 2
I don't know how to include the second part as an inequality

    Thanks!

    Hi

    First the ordinate of the point being 1 the first part is (x-1)^2 + (y-1)^2 + (z-1)^2 \leq 4

    The second part is z \geq 0
