My maths are a bit rusty, if i can travel back in time and go back to school this would have been easy peasy

Make the following the subject:

AND:

B = ln((a/Po)-1)

Make Po the subject

AND:

y = T/N .ln(Po.(a-P1)/P1.(a-Po))

Make the following the subject
