I just love these, don't you?
$\displaystyle \frac{ \frac{1}{8} + 2}{2}$ Mulitply the top and bottom by 8:
$\displaystyle \frac{ \frac{1}{8} + 2}{2} \cdot \frac{8}{8} = \frac{1 + 2 \cdot 8}{2 \cdot 8}$ = $\displaystyle \frac{17}{16}$
$\displaystyle \frac{ \frac{1}{8} + \frac{25}{16} }{ \frac{1}{8} - \frac{25}{16} }$ Mulitply top and bottom by 16:
$\displaystyle \frac{ \frac{1}{8} + \frac{25}{16} }{ \frac{1}{8} - \frac{25}{16} } \cdot \frac{16}{16}$ = $\displaystyle \frac{1 \cdot 2 + 25}{1 \cdot 2 - 25} = \frac{27}{-23} = - \frac{27}{23}$
That's the method. I'll let you fuss with the last two.
