$\sqrt[3]{-27a^3b^6}=(-3^3)^{\frac{1}{3}}(a^3)^{\frac{1}{3}}(b^6)^{\frac{ 1}{3}}=(-3^{\frac{3}{3}})(a^{\frac{3}{3}})(b^{\frac{6}{3}}) =-3ab^2$
