    Your question is
    \frac{2x^2-{x}^\frac{3}{2} }{\sqrt{x}}
    Knowing that
     <br />
\frac{x^a}{x^b}= x^{a-b}<br />
    you can use
    it to make

     <br />
=\frac{2 x^2}{\sqrt{x}}-\frac{x^\frac{3}{2}}{\sqrt{x}}<br />

    =2x^{2-\frac{1}{2}}-x^{\frac{3}{2}-\frac{1}{2}}
