    Basic division simplification

    I have been given a logarithmic equation to simplify. I have simplified it down a couple of stages and am left with the below equation:

    (3a)/((a^2)/(25))

    Is it possible to remove the 'a' from the equation, or at least one of them, perhaps the lower one? I have tried quite a few ways, but have not been successful.

    Thanks for any help.

    \dfrac{3a}{\frac{a^2}{25}} = \dfrac{25\cdot 3a}{a^2} = \dfrac{75}{a}

    Btw: There isn't any equation ...

    Thank you very much, I appreciate your help.

    I perhaps should bow my head in shame; I do need to spend much more time on the very basics!

    Thank you. And, of course, the same to you.
