For the first one, note that $\displaystyle \frac{x^a}{x^b}=x^{a-b}$ and $\displaystyle \left(x^a\right)^b=x^{a\cdot b}$.

For the second one, note that $\displaystyle \sqrt{x}=x^{\frac{1}{2}}$ and $\displaystyle \left(x^a\right)^b=x^{a\cdot b}$.

For the third one, note that $\displaystyle \left(x^a\right)^b=x^{a\cdot b}$.

Can you try these on your own now?
