Your paycheck each week is $500.00. If you want to save $2,000.00 dollars in one year, how much should you set aside from your paycheck each week?

There are 52 weeks in one year.
    So,
    2000/52 = 38.461538 per week.

Therefore, set aside about $38.46 per week.

    --------------------
    52*38.46 = 1999.92
    Not 2000?
Since the setting aside is per week, you can only save $38.46 each week.

Save $38.47 per week so that you'd have a little more than $2000 after 1 year. Or, save $38.54 on the 52nd week so that you'd have exactly $2000 at the end of the 52nd week or 1 year.
