    Quadratics Query

    Solve this Quadratic equation; x2 + 3x + 4 = 0

    I thought since b^2-4ac<0 the awnser might be No Solution but im more than likely to be wrong so please help if you can..

    quadratic query#2

    Solve ; -3x2 + 4x = 4

    I think i need to get the 4 on the other side but even still, don't know know where to go from there.

    Try to make threads for new questions.

    You are right in that you have to move +4 to the other side: -3x^2 + 4x - 4 = 0

    Now, look at the discriminant.
