    Is this it?

    \boxed{\dfrac{\dfrac{a^2(5a+b)+5a(5a+b)+6(5a+b)}{a  +3}}{\dfrac{6a^2(a+5b)-17a(a+5b)-3(a+5b)}{a-3}}}

    \dfrac{(5a+b)(a^2+5a+6)}{a+3}\cdot\dfrac{a-3}{(a+5b)(6a^2-17a-3)}

    \dfrac{(5a+b)(a+3)(a+2)}{a+3}\cdot\dfrac{a-3}{(a+5b)(6a+1)(a-3)}

    Wrap it up!
