    [SOLVED] What does this question mean?

    This is from Kaplan Page 68

    The number that is 400 percent greater than 15 is what percent greater than 150 percent of 30?

    The correct answer is 66 2/3 %

    400% greater than 15 is 15 + 4(15) = 75.

    150% of 30 is 45.

    75 = 45 + 30.

    So 75 is (30/45)x100 % greater than 45.
