    Hello,
    I am sorry its not
    9x^2-4y^2 = (3x-2y)(3x+2y)
    hence
    (3x-2y)(3x+2y)+2(3x+2y)

    Answer = (3x-2y+2)(3x+2y)
    Remember factorising means representing in terms of factors
