clarify something with this expression
in this expression

$

can i do this

$
\frac{\frac{-3h}{5(10+3h)}}{\frac{h}{1}}
$

$
\frac{-3h}{5(10+3h)} \cdot {\frac{1}{h}}
$

$
\frac{-3h}{5h(10+3h)}
$

can that be done to move the "h" around ??

Sure can. Now you can cancel the h in your last step.
