Math Help - simplifying

    Question simplifying

    5/4 * 14^n-1

    and

    1 * 1-8^n
    9 -7

    \frac{1}{9} * \frac{1-8^n}{-7}

    Are these the correct equations?

    they reduced the first one more than that and the second one the -7 should be under the second equation!!
