    5 review questions, Function,log etc

    Just looking to see if someone could check my answers. They were real easy. I didnt know how to do number 3 so if someone could help me. I am really bad with my graphing calc. Like I said they all seemed easy so I probably got them wrong lol. Thanks for the help last week, I aced my exam. THanks in advance.

    Ok I think I fixed them. I think I did some steps different and I forgot that about neg exponents. Also it was #3 that I was lost on.

    fixed ones look fine.

    for #3 ...

    y = e^{x-5} + 2

    the parent function is y = e^x

    you have two transformations ... the exponent (x-5) causes a horizontal shift of y = e^x 5 units to the right, the final +2 is a vertical shift of y = e^{x-5} up two units.

    I am tracking now. Thanks for explaining. Number three would then look like D. Does number 5 look right? I know that you said 1-4 were originally wrong. I gave you another forum thanks
