= 0.05x + [165 / (1/65000)]
= 0.05x + 165*65000 = y
its a linear function

=> 20 475 000 + 0.05x + 165*65000 = x
=> 20 475 000 + 0.05x-x + 165*65000 = 0
...
=> x = ???
