    adding and subtracting rational expressions

    1. (4x+1)/3x-5 + (2x)/12x-20 - i got (9x+2)/6x-10 for this, correct?

    2. (3x-1)/x^2+4x+3 - (x+6)/2x^2+7x+1

    Your first one looks correct, I threw the two functions into a graphing program and they are perfect overlaps.
