boys have $\frac{1}{5} seats$
women have $\frac {1}{4} seats$
girls have $\frac{1}{8} seats$
in all the total seats occupied by them

=\frac{1}{5}+ \frac {1}{4} + \frac{1}{8}
=\frac{23}{40}
$

so fraction of seats left $=1-\frac{23}{40}seats$
=51(that occupied by man)
so toal seats occupied by all
$
=\frac{40}{17}*51
=120
$

this is two third of total available
so total seats $= \frac{3}{2} *120=180$-----ANSWER
