yes, they are same

$\frac{4+i \sqrt{20}}{4}$

$=\frac{4+i \sqrt{4 \times 5}}{4}$

$= \frac{4+2i\sqrt{5}}{4}$

$= \frac{2(2+i\sqrt{5})}{4}$

$= \frac{2+i\sqrt{5}}{2}$

3. no, the "i" is to the right of the radical, not left. I know its supposed to be to the left, but that is what the answer choice says on my worksheet.
