i need help putting this word question into an algebraic equation: Jenna is twice as far from the finish line as she is from the start of a 10-km race. How far has she run

let d = distance from start
then distance from finish = 2d

total distance = 10 = d + 2d

10 = d + 2d
10 = 3d

d = 10/3 = 3.333 km
