guys i really need help with these 2 questions:
Solve. Illustrate graphically.
a.) 2/x + 3 > 29/x
b.) 5/6x + 2/3x > 3/4
guys i dunno how to graph nor solve it. And how do u solve the inequality please help me !! thanks
$\displaystyle \frac{2}{x}+3>\frac{29}{x}$
Multiply by x
$\displaystyle 2+3x>29$
$\displaystyle 3x>27$
$\displaystyle x>9$
<------0---------9=======>
$\displaystyle \frac{5}{6}x+\frac{2}{3}x>\frac{3}{4}$
Multiply by LCD (12)
$\displaystyle 10x+8x>9$
$\displaystyle 18x>9$
$\displaystyle x>\frac{1}{2}$]
<------0---1/2========>
