2. suppose that n is an odd integer, and the sum 1+3+5+7+..._(n-2)+n is 900 what is n? Also 3. If 3+7+11+......+87=57k, find k. Any help would be thanked greatly

1 1+3 = 4 1+3+5 = 9 1+3+5+7 = 16 1+3+5+7+9 = 25 see a pattern on the right? 3 = 1*3 3+7 = 10 = 2*5 3+7+11 = 21 = 3*7 3+7+11+15 = 36 = 4*9 3+7+11+15+19 = 55 = 5*11 see another pattern on the right?
