    Linear Inequality: Is this right?

    (x-4)/5 >= (2x+3)/2
    2(x-4) >= 5(2x+3)
    2x-8 >= 10x+15
    -8-15 >= 8x
    -23 >= 8x
    (-23/8) >= x
    x <= (-23/8)

    Explain to me how you got from: 8-15 >= 8x

    To: -23 >= 8x
