Can it be simplified more?

You can re-arrange the fraction so that the denominator is not a root:

$\frac{\sqrt{n+3}\cdot \sqrt{n}}{\sqrt{n}\cdot \sqrt{n}} = \dfrac1n \sqrt{n^2+3n}$

But I don't know if this is simpler ...
