    ordered pair solution

    4x-3y=27; (3,5)

    My answer is No.
    Question is: Decide whether or not the ordered pair is a solution to the equation.

    if (x,y)=(3,5);

    4x-3y=4(3)-3(5)=12-15=-3,

    so it does not equal 27.
