    [SOLVED] SAT Math

    Hi
    This is on page 870 #12 on the OB Book.

    If the degree measures of the angles of a triangle are in the ration of 2:3:4, by how many degrees does the measure of the largest angle exceed the measure of the smallest angle? (please show steps! thanks!!)

    a) 20 degrees
    b) 30 degrees
    c) 40 degrees
    d) 50 degrees
    e) 60 degrees

    2x + 3x + 4x = 180
    X =20
    so 40, 60, 80
    so c), 40
    no?
