    [SOLVED] Inversely proportional

Hi This is from the OG page 840.

If y is inversely proportional to x and y=15 when x=5 what is the value of y when x=25?

Does y is inversely proportional mean that y=1/x?

    Thanks in advance

y = k/x. use the given data to get the value of k. Then substitute x = 25 into your formula to get y.
