in one month he plays 15\frac{1}{3} hours of tennis, which is equal to \frac{46}{3} hours.

There are twelve months in a year, therefore you multiply \frac{46}{3} by 12 to get \frac{46}{3} \times \frac{12}{1}=\frac{46\times12}{3\times1}=\frac{552 }{3}=184, therefore the answer is b. good job.
