I'm thinking the answer is B

in one month he plays $15\frac{1}{3}$ hours of tennis, which is equal to $\frac{46}{3}$ hours.

There are twelve months in a year, therefore you multiply $\frac{46}{3}$ by 12 to get $\frac{46}{3} \times \frac{12}{1}=\frac{46\times12}{3\times1}=\frac{552 }{3}=184$, therefore the answer is b. good job.
