All the terms in the square root are multiplied and they are squares. That means you can do some cancellation.

$\sqrt{x^2 y^4 z^8}=\sqrt{(x)^2 (y^2)^2 (z^4)^2} = \sqrt{(x y^2 z^4)^2} = x y^2 z^4$
