    Multiply top and bottom by m:

    . . \frac{{\color{blue}m}\left(\dfrac{1-m}{m}\right)} {{\color{blue}m}\left(m - \dfrac{1}{m}\right)} \;=\;\frac{1-m}{m^2-1} \;=\;\frac{-(m-1)}{(m-1)(m+1)} \;=\;\frac{-1}{m+1}
