Remember the product of powers property of exponents: a^{m} \cdot a^{n} = a^{m+n}.

    I'll do the first one.

    1)

    7^{7}\left(7^{9}+7^{4}\right) = 7^{7} \cdot 7^{9} + 7^{7} \cdot 7^{4} = 7^{7+9} + 7^{7+4} = 7^{16} + 7^{11}.
