both are correct... just see this,

$\frac{3}{4x}-\frac{5}{7x}+\frac{3}{14}=$

$\left(\frac{3}{4x}\right) \left(\frac{7}{7}\right) - \left(\frac{5}{7x}\right)\left(\frac{4}{4}\right) + \left(\frac{3}{14}\right) \left(\frac{2x}{2x}\right)=$

$\frac{21}{28x}-\frac{20}{28x}+\frac{6x}{28x}=
\frac {21-20+6x}{28x}=\frac {1+6x}{28x}$
