I need help solving $4^(3y-2) = 2^(2y+3)$ with out a calculator

can anyone help me get started?

Remember no calculator...

Note that $4=2^2$ and recall this property : $(a^b)^c=a^{bc}$

So $4^{3y-2}=(2^2)^{3y-2}=2^{6y-4}$

So now you have $2^{6y-4}=2^{2y+3}$

Can you finish it ?
