Help with radical expression!!!
I need help with this problem:

(sqroot 5)*(sqroot .0025)/(sqroot .0009)

$\frac {\sqrt 5 \sqrt{.0025}}{\sqrt {.0009}}$

$= \sqrt {\frac {5 \times .0025}{.0009}}$

$= \sqrt {\frac {5 \times 25}{9}}$

$= \sqrt 5 {\frac {5}{3}}$

... I think.

$=\frac{\sqrt{5}\times 0.05}{0.03}$

$=\frac{\sqrt{5}\times 5}{3}$

$=\frac{5\sqrt{5}}{3}$

Wouldn't the $\sqrt{5}$ also get multiplied by 100 when you multiply to get rid of the decimal points?

No

$\frac {\sqrt 5 \times 0.05}{0.03} = \frac {\sqrt 5 \times 5 \times 0.01}{3 \times 0.01}$

You only got one 0.01 on top and bottom to cancel with each other.
