    I need help please

    The length of a rectangle is 24 inches long and has an area of 768 sq inches. How do I find its width. Please explain to me in simple terms.

    remember the formula of the area of a rectangle ?

    \mathcal{A}\text{rea}=\text{width} * \text{length}
    You know the length to be 24 inches, and the area to be 768 sq inches.

    The unknown is the width. Can you see a way to get it ?
