    16^(-0.25)

    i know that: 16^(-0.5) = 0.25

    but how can i solve this one?

    Note that 16=2^4

    So you have 16^{-\frac{1}{4}}=2^{4\cdot(-\frac{1}{4})}=2^{-1}

    I'm sure you can take it from here.
